Accountability

Quarterly Reports

Every quarter, we publish a detailed report about how Dear Nobody operates. What went well, what didn't, and what we're doing about it. No spin, no PR speak—just honest accountability.

What We Cover

Inside Each Report

Every quarterly report includes the following sections, because accountability means showing everything—not just the good parts.

Platform Statistics

Aggregated, non-identifying submission totals, approval rates, content types, and moderation metrics for the quarter.

AI Accountability

How our AI performed, human override rates, and what we learned from disagreements between AI and moderators.

Crisis Detection

How many crisis screens we showed, effectiveness of our resources, and improvements made.

Privacy & Security

Any security incidents (ideally zero), data handling practices, privacy commitments kept, and aggregate legal and mandatory reporting statistics.

Where We Failed

Honest acknowledgment of mistakes, what went wrong, and what we're doing differently.

Goals & Progress

Status of last quarter's goals and new commitments for the next quarter.

Team Wellbeing

How our moderators are doing, support provided, and any burnout concerns addressed.

Financial Transparency

Revenue sources, charitable donations, and how funds are allocated.

Our Philosophy

Why Quarterly Reports?

Most platforms hide their mistakes. We believe that's backwards.

If you trust us with your words—sometimes your most vulnerable ones—you deserve to know exactly how we're handling that responsibility. Not just the highlight reel, but the struggles too.

These reports exist because we'd want to read them if we were in your position.
