I've never really tried learning any new skills; acquiring any new skill usually requires money. First, my mother kept saving up instead, and now, the time to actually try out these skills seems to have passed me by. For instance, learning to skate involves paying fees upfront, which is why my parents never taught me; and now that I'm in my twenties, I'm not learning it-partly due to the fear of falling, and partly because of the cost. Why is life so unfair? I try to work through my little bucket list, but I don't have anyone to help me fulfill it, and I'm afraid to do it all on my own. I don't have any money to speak of-I have some saved-up pocket money, but that probably won't be enough to do much.
