Dear gentle stranger,

I hope this little note reaches you like a soft breeze on a warm afternoon, when everything feels just quiet enough to notice the small, lovely things.

I like to think of myself as a wildflower who one day discovered she could become a butterfly...starting close to the earth, swaying in the simplest winds, then slowly unfolding wings to carry tiny bits of light and warmth wherever I go.

My name is Mara, but if it feels nicer, you can call me M or Merry: it always makes me smile when someone chooses the gentler version.

I'm just about to turn 22, and it feels like stepping into a new season with the same open heart, hoping to meet kind souls along the way.

I speak a few languages fluently and I'm always quietly learning more: right now I'm wrapped up in my Modern Foreign Languages studies, especially loving English and Spanish. And if Romanian is a language that lives in your heart too, please write to me in it...I'd feel so happy hearing those familiar sounds.
