Who can see your letter?

Automated safety analysis runs on the text before it is stored. A person may read public submissions for Mailbox review. Private submissions may be reviewed for safety and will not be published.

Off-platform media (optional)

Separate from research use. If you opt in, your letter may be considered for podcasts, video, adaptation, or other third-party projects under our Terms (Section 6.8) and Media & collaboration policy. We only license letters where you grant this permission.

Connection (optional)

Public letters can already be found in the Mailbox. Echoes is a quieter path: when someone is sitting with a letter like yours, they may ask to see a few that share the same feeling. Readers can also light a wordless candle — someone sat with this. No comments, no replies, no messages. Optional note below if you want to affirm that use.
